We suggest working with a trainer 2-3 times a week initially, though some of our existing clients are now doing 4-5 days per week as they’ve progressed and set new goals. Again, it is customizable to you, your schedule and your goals. This isn’t one size fits all.

She’ll help you to identify your Personal Training goals, and maximize your investment of both investments of your time and energy. She’ll run you through a fitness assessment and your first workout to better understand your current level and identify any injuries or restrictions we need to be aware of. This conversation will also include understanding your weekly schedule and ideal session times. We believe keeping standardizing your times helps you establish the right healthy exercise habit.
